Dear Members of the House Science Committee,

Please be informed that at the XI International Conference on AIDS, in 

Vancouver, a Harvard graduate, independent investigator, Dr. Leonard Horowitz, 

presented a paper reporting on three years of research into the origin of the 

AIDS and Ebola viruses. He and his co-authors determined that these viruses 

are unquestionably laboratory creations, and were most plausibly transmitted 

to humanity through contaminated live viral vaccines, that still, to this day, 

remain contaminated with various monkey virus particles. Dr. HorowitzÕs new 

book entitled, "Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola--Nature, Accident or 

Intentional?" is currently available through every bookstore throughout North 

America. I wish to bring this work to your attention as this information, 

meticulously documented, is of vital concern to millions of Americans and 

people around the world. This historic book documents when, where, and why the 

viruses that now threaten humanity's survival were made, who made them, and 

even how much the bioengineers were paid. Institutions directly implicated 

include: The National Cancer Institute, The Centers for Disease Control and 

Prevention, Merck Sharp & Dohme pharmaceutical company, Litton Bionetics--a 

division of the mega-military weapons contractor Litton Industries, and the 

U.S. CIA/Army/Navy/DOD. 


Your office likely received previous releases and notices regarding these 

revelations from an extensive network of concerned lay citizens and health 

professionals. You may have overlooked these notices or dismissed them.



This issue, the scientific facts, and our efforts to bring these horrifying 

facts to light, is not going to be resolved without a thorough Congressional 

investigation. The sooner you investigate and respond to these published 

facts, the safer people throughout the world will be, and the better off you 

will be politically. Your attention to this matter is therefore urgently 

requested. I would greatly appreciate a response from you on this matter at 

your earliest convenience.

this work, in a public forum, will be on Sept. 1, 1996 in Washington, DC, at a 

national conference and rally sponsored by C.A.L.L. (Citizens Against Legal

include 50 speakers, notables from all backgrounds, presenting on various 

topics relating to the insidious decay of U.S. constitutional and human rights
