Hopefully we
will never find out what is planned to take place after the beginning
of May. There are strong indicators right now, however, that
this is a critical time period, after which something is obviously
planned.
Reasons for making
such a brash statement?
Beginning in
January of this year and accelerating in pace and number, up
through the beginning of May, there are dozens of "Global" summits
of consortiums, associations, etc., etc. The meetings comprise
almost every leader or 2nd in command for many of the world's
governments, largest industries, and militaries. There are many
military unit activations in that time frame also.
The key to the
pattern we have observed is the activation of many, many people
with experience necessary to take control of the Internet. There
seem to be calls going out all over in the military for people
with skills in all areas that are related to the technology behind
the Internet. As a number of people, many with military and/or
intelligence experience, have commented to us recently, if you
want to win a war you blind your enemy first. The example frequently
given is the strikes which destroyed Iraq's communications systems
in the Gulf War.
Much of the evidence
that DAWN has is so voluminous that we are just having difficulty
tabulating it. For example: Buried on the second page of a Memo
From: Commander, Naval Reserve Intelligence Command, is a "Presidential
Selective Reserve Callup. This is a notice from the President
activating Reserve Intelligence Officers with UNIX [much of Internet
runs on it] and various intel systems." If you have taken a look
at the report on Cable and Wireless and the ownership structure,
you can see why DAWN is asking for help to hire the people to
fight this.
We have already
referenced a number of news articles, DoD statements, and laws
including Executive Orders signed by the President, which deal
with strikes on US civilian network and communications targets.
In the Wall Street Journal, an article was printed on 1-6-97
about the "unusually strident report" of a Department of Defense
task force which warns of "an electronic Pearl Harbor". The article
goes on to quote the task force report as stating, "There is
a need for extraordinary action", "Military campaigns will be
organized to cripple the capacity of an information-based society
to carry out its information-dependent enterprises", Which it
said now comprise 60% of the U.S. work force.
Other recent
articles include those from the Ft. Lauderdale Sun Sentinel about
the elite teams of Special Forces, Rangers, Seals and Psychological
Operations Specialists, planning "nighttime urban combat maneuvers" complete
with helicopters dropping down and landing on city roofs for
2 weeks of training, in that AND OTHER American cities. May also
coincides with being the 12th month after these reports first
were confirmed.
With the FBI,
according to testimony given to Congress, conducting "pen registers" on
90% of Americans, it is like a Kodak moment every day for those
involved in spying on their fellow Americans, everyone you have
or will speak to on the phone (for however long they keep this
info:1?, 2?, 30?! Years) is noted in their little black books
for future reference.
DAWN is the ONLY
comprehensive solution anyone has for both political and economic
problems that are related issues. We are taking ACTION NOW. If
