Jews, Christians, and Neo-Nazi Propaganda Today: An Open Letter to the Anti-Defamation League and KCXL Radio, Kansas City, MO.

What is the Anti-defamation League's position on Messianic Judaism? Particularly when Messianic Jews, like me, are disparaged by media sources for holding unifying spiritual/religious beliefs?

As a civil rights and religious freedom supporter, I protest the disparaging remarks made against me by Shoula Romana-Horing, a talk show host on KCXL Radio in Kansas City, in the wake of a class action lawsuit filed against the Kansas City Star by the hosts and participants of the American Heritage Festival, held in Carthage, Missouri on July 17-19, 1998.

The Star article (July 19), that alleged an omnipresence of radical, neo-Nazi, and anti-Semitic elements at the event, intentionally censored my appearance and message. Mentioning me, Dr. Leonard Horowitz - a Harvard trained, internationally recognized authority in public health and AIDS education, who just happened to be Jewish, apparently did not fit the editor's bias. Details of my presentation, admittedly attended by the article's reporter, Judy Thomas, and submitted for publication, was also censured by the editor.

My lecture dealt largely with the theory that AIDS was man-made. Contaminated vaccines, I advanced, transmitted the virus to New York's gay men and Black Central Africans. This theory I first defended during a scientific session at the XI International Conference on AIDS in Vancouver, B.C, Canada, held July 10, 1996. Background evidence for this published scientific reports, historic facts, and government documents reprinted in my book Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola Nature, Accident or Intentional? clearly link Hitler's Third Reich, financially and administratively, to the Merck pharmaceutical company. Today, Merck is one of the largest vaccine manufacturers and population control funding sources. They manufactured the hepatitis B vaccine that most plausibly transmitted AIDS to the populations cited above. None of this was mentioned by the Star, allegedly, the editor informed me, due to "lack of space."

This censorship prompted my letter to the Star 's "Forum" editor (see attachment), and the ongoing public debate. Now I am at the center of controversy, and even my religious affiliations are under attack.

On August 19, 1998 , Ms. Ramona-Horing, worked to discredit my Star letter alleging that I was not Jewish, and that "Jews who believe in Jesus Christ are not Jewish."

Imagine the ignorant audacity of anyone, let alone a media personality during a public broadcast, challenging someone's religious affiliation and spiritual conviction?

Ms. Horing's position, and that of most Jewish people, is based on a divisive notion that almighty God did not manifest himself in the body and works of Jesus of Nazareth.

Christians, as well as Messianic Jews Jews who believe in Christ as a legitimate Messiah are saddened by this position as it not only divides God's children, but prevents Jews from experiencing the great enduring love and teachings of Christ.

Has Ms. Romana-Horing, or anyone who claims that Messianic Jews are not really Jews, found this divisive position supported in the scriptures? Is she aware that Christ was a Jew? That Jesus followed and taught Moses's teachings to the letter? Moreover, the vast majority of Jews alive at the time of Christ also believed him to be the "King of the Jews," or God's son? In fact, Ms. Romana-Horing's own ancestors likely believed this too. Does that make her not Jewish?

Ironically, Dr. Henry Kissinger, supported by the mass media, and respectfully hailed by Jews around the world, was excommunicated from the Jewish religion on June 20, 1976 during a religious ceremony presided over by five member Rabbis of the Supreme Rabbinic Court of America. Rabbi Marvin S. Antelman, the Court's Chief Justice, said it was his responsibility to execute the Writ of Excommunication and a Bill of Particulars following an in depth investigation into Dr. Kissinger's behavior. Their study surely included the central role Dr. Kissinger played in secretly exporting many of Hitler's top Nazi scientists and SS officers into high level U.S. intelligence and American industry positions during the CIA's infamous top secret "Project Paperclip." Perhaps the Rabbis also reviewed the congressional testimony, offered by the recently deceased CIA Director, William Colby, that Dr. Kissinger also oversaw the development of AIDS-like biological weapons for use in "the grey areas" of operation that was Central Africa in the mid-1970s. Today, as then, Dr. Kissinger remains a senior consultant to the Board of Advisors of Merck the pharmaceutical company that received a major share of the Nazi war chest and most plausibly transmitted AIDS to Central Africa and elsewhere.

Have individuals, including Ms. Romana-Horing, who claim Messianic Jews are not Jews, conducted similar in-depth investigations? Have they met with the Supreme Rabbinic Court of America to support their defamatory allegations? Has the Supreme Rabbinic Court of America excommunicated all Jews who believe that the old and new testaments are the inspired works of God?

I think not. Thankfully, Ms. Romana-Horing's antagonistic and divisive rhetoric is devoid of such authoritative support .

During Hitler's day, the Nazis practiced a similar form of divisive propaganda and racism. Their SS and media also condemned Christian Jews. Bloodline genetics determined eternal Jewishness. Messianic Jews were, therefore, persecuted along with all the other holocaust victims. Spin doctors, including Joseph Goebbels, covered up the genocide and were hailed as heros.

Less than one year after his excommunication, on April 1, 1997, Nobel Peace Laureate and statesman, Dr. Henry Kissinger, became the first honoree of the Museum of Jewish Heritage as "a living memorial to the holocaust."

Today, indeed, the neo-Nazi threat is alive, well, and largely in control of the mainstream media that spins the public's mind, doctors the news, and decoys its racist and genocidal undertakings by projecting its omnipresent threat onto the few who work to expose it.

As the publisher and co-contributor of "Why It's Time Jews and Christians Unite" (Tetrahedron, LLC, 1998) based largely on the works of religious scholars who minister interfaith reconciliation, I call on the leaders of the Anti-defamation League of America, and the Southern Poverty Law Center, whose spokespersons contributed to the Star's defamatory article, and who purportedly defend against racism, anti-Semitism, neo-Nazism, and defamation, to state their positions regarding the anti-Semitic, anti-Christian, and defamatory attacks now being waged against me.

Moreover, what do they have to say about Dr. Kissinger's jaded history, and his Nazi, Merck, and AIDS connections?

Finally, I demand a full retraction and apology by Ms.Romana-Horing, and her station's management, at KCXL in Kansas City, Missouri, for broadcasting such defamatory remarks about me.
