For decades the NCI has not only thwarted efforts aimed at legitimizing promising cancer therapies, but funded and administered cancer virus and vaccine studies that most plausibly delivered AIDS and other new immune-system-related epidemics to the world. The simultaneous emergence of AIDS and Chronic fatigue immune dysfunction syndrome (CFIDS) in 1978, along with skyrocketing rates of breast, prostate, and lymphatic cancers between the mid-1970s to the present, follows a decade of major ÒadvancesÓ in genetic biotechnology and risky cancer virus manipulations by the NCI. During this time, numerous AIDS-like, Ebola-like, and other immune-system-ravaging viruses including those now associated with certain leukemias and lymphomas were routinely engineered by various academicians and military scientists under NCI contracts for cancer virus, vaccine, and biological weapons research. The riskiest and most horrifying studies were conducted under National Institutes of Health (NIH) contracts 71-2025 and 71-2059 administered by the NCI, Litton Bionetics (LB)Ña now defunct medical subsidiary of the mega-military weapons contracting firm, Litton IndustriesÑand the Nazi-linked Merck pharmaceutical company. These contracts were central to the highly funded and largely secret ÒSpecial Virus Cancer ProgramÓ that ran between 1962 and 1976. Their titles included respectively: ÒInvestigations of Viral Carcinogenesis in Primates,Ó that means cancer production through viral infection in monkeys and humans, and ÒOncogenic Virus Research and Vaccine DevelopmentÓ in which heavily contaminated vaccines were developed for human use partly in contaminated chimpanzees supplied by LB, and partly in contaminated children (from the Willowbrook State School for the mentally retarded on Staten Island), gay men (in NYC), and Central African villagers. These human subjects became cancer virus incubation chambers following receipt of monkey-virus-contaminated polio vaccines during the late 1950s and 1960s. NCI, LB, and Merck investigators, in fact, knew that these contaminants were carcinogenic to humans after studying them since the early 1960s. They proceeded with such risky experimentation and vaccine production anyway. These incriminating facts and contracts, as might be expected, were pulled from medical library catalogs. Discovered by this author, virtually by miracle, the contract summary reports are reprinted in the new bestselling book Emerging Viruses: AIDS & EbolaÑNature, Accident or Intentional? that, oddly, AmericaÕs chain bookstore buyers, unlike their Canadian counterparts, still refuse to buy! Jeff KamenÕs reference to ÒUncle SamÕs Continuing Medical GenocideÓ is frightfully on the mark. African AmericansÕ should be joined by people of every race and religion to suspect ongoing genocide.
