I request that the "Harmonization" language that
Senator Gregg of New Hampshire added, and that most legislators
DO NOT KNOW is in the FDA Reform Bill (Senate Bill 830) in Section
202, be amended when it goes to the Conference Committee.
I am strongly opposed to the Codex Bill and any
attempt to regulate nutritional supplements as drugs.
I also request a public comments period concerning
the harmonization agreements.
