The "Space Preservation Act of 2002" (H.R. 3616) and Detractors of Dr. Leonard Horowitz

Dear Friend(s),

Thanks for voicing your opposition to my position supporting H.R. 3616, the "Space Preservation Act of 2002."

After dedicating 7-hours of radio time on the Genesis Communications Network (GCN), World Wide Christian Radio (WWCR), and the Christian Media Network (CMN) to address this subject, airing numerous opposing opinions, I maintain:

1) Those who endorse the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI, "Star Wars") program in hope of saving America from nuclear threats posed by foreign nations are naïve at best, and grossly ignorant at worst. This position assumes that individual nations are the primary threat instead of a globalist cabal-"Shadow Governors" that have directed the international arms race, related trades, and every war throughout the past century. These agents and agencies are clearly in the process of directing international corporate fascism towards a rapidly evolving "New World Order" empowered by space-based technologies designed for optimal population control besides "missile defense." Those who read my most recent book, Death in the Air: Globalism, Terrorism, and Toxic Warfare, gain a definitive reality check in this regard.

2) The concept that the SDI is for "Defense" is erroneous, if not absurd, as the book Death in the Air details. The same "necessary defense" argument was applied to gain political support for America's biological weapons programs beginning in WWII and currently ongoing. (See my national bestseller Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola-Nature, Accident or Intentional?) As a result, do we feel any more secure? Have we noticed the emergence of a number of biological agents, including the hepatitis and herpes viruses-Epstein-Barr and cytomegalovirus-along with epidemics of leukemia, lymphomas, sarcomas, HIV/AIDS, and many more, that source directly from America's leading biological weapons laboratories, including Litton Bionetics and the Merck Pharmaceutical Company? If America's biological defense program was so necessary and effective, then why are we being told we are at grave risk, more than ever, of biological weapons attacks? In essence, the entire "defense" industry, biological or nuclear, is an economically sustaining scam.

3) Those who argue that H.R. 3616 simply plays into the hands of the globalists and effectively authorizes the United Nations to direct disarmament of America and her people, are likewise missing the connection between the Bush administration and the European oligarchy. Their nefarious agenda clearly aims to destroy America by positioning the United States out front and virtually all alone in the world's "peace keeping" and "freedom fighting" trades. Our new manufactured war-"America's War on Terrorism," is a great example. This policy was, in fact, initially written in the late 1700s in the Protocols of the Elders of Sion, a stunning account of the methods by which the globalist agenda would be pursued and successfully effected. I reprinted the most damning details of this insidious internationalist agenda in my 1999 book Healing Codes for the Biological Apocalypse. In essence, the United Nations, politically controlled by the global banking and eugenics cartel, poses as much a threat to civilization as the lone cowboy of global "peace-keeping"-President George Bush. The president's pledge to spend $248 billion of U.S. currency on the SDI, capable of activating an array of "exotic weapons" including frequency fields that might survey and trigger medical biochips (i.e., a virtual "Mark of the Beast") assures the president's corporate collaborators' profit along with depopulation capabilities.

4) Since both options, supporting or rejecting H.R. 3616, leaves grassroots activists at odds in the age-old dialectic-the same old divide the "sheeple" to conquer the flock routine-effectively used for Millennia to control populations, I choose a more nobel path. That is, God's path. For years I have argued that God, too, wants a "New World Order." Yet, I do not believe the great Creator desires the global utopia to be engineered or run by corporate fascists who routinely violate humanity's greatest gift-freedom of choice, to live free from encumbrances placed upon us by the international "banksters" and their military-medical-petrochemical-pharmaceutical cartel for optimal population control from birth to grave. I reckon the peace on earth that God has in mind does not employ space-based weapons. If I oppose the Babylonian "Mark of the Beast" than I likewise oppose the technology that surveys and activates it from space. Given this perspective, though H.R. 3616 may be seen as a lesser of two evils, I hold it as a step in the right direction. As it reads, it would place a ban on ALL space-based weapons, and leave enforcement up to an international treaty effected by the U.N. In God's "New World Order," a global state of "Yesrael" (defined as "where the lion lies down with the lamb"), where we have Divine peace on earth, there will likely be a need for cooperative enterprises and organizations, much like the U.N. For this reason, I endorse H.R. 3616 as not only a step in the right direction, but as an assertive affirmation for global peace waged against the greatest threat to human freedoms the world has ever seen.

In my humble opinion, choosing population control from space, under the guise of war preparedness and missile "defense," is not a choice worthy of making. I choose God and His Laws, which include to "Love Thy Neighbor" not "Fear Thy Neighbor." If I must die by following God's Laws over man's laws, than Halleluiah! So be it!

" On earth as it is in heaven" gets my vote for planetary peace. So does H.R. 3616 since the alternative-weaponizing space with "Star Wars" technologies-leads us one step closer to the Armageddon.

Apparently, in light of the blight of human ignorance, pandemic these days, we will have to endure this coming massive tragedy-the nuclear and biological Armageddon-since so many people now rationalize weapons in space, and orbiting mind control and population control technologies, as a bonafide military "defense" options.

So let's simply agree to disagree if your mind is firmly set in support of the globalists' Babylonian agenda.
