We did it! Thanks to primarily Dr. Len Horowitz, Capt. Joyce Riley, and the thousands of networkers, including the loving parents and grandparents, who alerted their friends and family in uniform to Dr. Horowitz's anthrax vaccine concerns, we forced the Pentagon to change its anthrax policy.

Dr. Len Horowitz and Captain Joyce Riley have been laboring on behalf of Gulf War Vets and the general public for the past few years to inform the public of the dangers of vaccines and, particularly, the anthrax vaccine. They have documented their research, written books, toured the country providing their highly researched information to vets, patriots, health care workers and the general public. Dr. Horowitz has even debated top CDC, FDA and pharmaceutical industry vaccine officials. And alas, their undying determination, (amidst threats and smear tactics) and their labor of love for this country and its people has paid off for those in the military.

Thanks to everyone for their hard work and support in making this grass roots effort a major success.

The first article below did not make the mainstream national news. The release is also very difficult to find on the internet. Read it and rejoice.

The second article, written primarily by Dr. Horowitz, gives the biblical basis for a religious exemption. This, according to the Pentagon's exemption regulation, will be honored.

Army won't force vaccinations on soldiers

Army officials have changed their minds: They have decided they will not use force to give shots to soldiers who refuse their anthrax vaccinations.

"The Army is amending its policy. We're not going to do forcible vaccinations," Army spokesman Capt. Scott Bertinetti said. "We're not going to strap anybody down."

The Pentagon is proceeding with plans to vaccinate all 2.4 million active-duty, National Guard and reserve service members against anthrax.

Anthrax, a livestock disease, is considered relatively easy to turn into a biological weapon and is virtually 100 percent fatal in the inhaled form most likely to be used as a weapon.

Military leaders say the vaccine is the best protection against anthrax. But federal regulators have repeatedly reported problems at the only plant that makes the vaccine, and opponents question its safety and effectiveness.

At least 14 sailors and two airmen have been disciplined for refusing the vaccine earlier this year.

And Army Pfc. Mathew Baker, 20, went absent without leave from Fort Stewart, Ga., on June 9.

At an Aug. 4 press conference, Baker said he went AWOL after getting his first anthrax shot. He said he only accepted the shot after his company's first sergeant threatened to strap him down and inject him if he refused.

Army officials defended the first sergeant and said that right is contained in Army Regulation 600-20, "Army Command Policy," which sets forth the responsibilities of those in command of troops.

In a section titled, "Medical care with or without the soldier's permission," the regulation states:

"The policy of authorizing forcible immunization is intended to protect the health and overall effectiveness of the command as well as the health of the soldier. Soldiers do not have the option as to whether they will be immunized except as prescribed" in a separate regulation. The exemptions include pregnancy, other medical conditions, or religious objections.

As recent as last week, soldiers in California and Korea said that commanders were citing the regulation and threatening to forcibly vaccinate anyone who refused.

"The reg is still out there -- it has not been rescinded yet," Bertinetti said. "The Army is developing policy on vaccinations, specifically anthrax.

"Soldiers will face disciplinary actions if they refuse."

Baker, who turned himself into the Army on Aug. 5, was released to his parents' home in Springfield, Ohio. He is pending discharge.

The Navy last week gave general discharges to two sailors who refused to take the shots. Six others are in a holding status in Japan, pending discharge.

Vaccination: The UnGodly Practice

Many people believe that vaccinations for school and workplace attendance is "mandatory." This is clearly not the case in forty-six American states that allow for spiritual and religious exemption.

The following bible excerpts serve as a supplement to the ninety-minute audiotape entitled, "Horowitz `On Vaccines'." This tape provides a lengthy discussion on a citizen's right to refuse vaccination for spiritual and religious reasons. Several ways to avoid vaccinations and assertively respond to coercive vaccine proponents and shot administrators are discussed. Moreover, the tape presents stunning admissions by vaccine industry experts, Dr. Maurice Hilleman, and others who admit to the contaminated and deadly nature of many of our most trusted vaccines.

Biblical support for those who wish to avoid vaccinations for spiritual and religious reasons include:

Leviticus:

19:19 Ye shall keep my statutes. Thou shalt not let thy cattle gender with a diverse kind: thou shalt not sow thy field with mingled seed: neither shall a garment mingled of linen [plant] and woollen [animal] come upon thee.

Bovine (cow) fetal serum is commonly used in the manufacturing process of vaccines. The cow serum is mixed with bacteria or viral particles, and other vaccine ingredients including toxic metals and immune destructive chemicals.

Thus, proteins and genetic material from the cattle, viruses, and bacteria often mix before these particles are injected into people. Once the vaccine ingredients, including foreign RNA and DNA, enter your blood, they may cause genetic mutations of your human cells. Then you have sown thy bloodstream "with mingled seed" that not only taxes your immune system further, but may cause the development of cancer cells as well. These may go on to become full blown cancers, particularly in the presence of a weakened immune system.

The blood contains the vital white blood cell body guards (i.e., lymphocytes) that provide the surveillance and destructive response against cancer cells and malignant tumors. Therefore, it is vital to maintain you blood clean and optimally healthy.

There are several bible references to the importance of maintaining clean blood. A few of these are listed below.

It should be recalled that, as detailed in the book, "Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola-- Nature, Accident or Intentional?," Rockefeller family members largely established the international blood banking industry. Laurance Rockefeller, in particular, assembled the New York City Blood Council, the council of doctors that established the New York City Blood Bank. This was the organization that allowed 10,000 hemophiliacs throughout the United States, and countless others throughout the world, to receive the AIDS virus (HIV) through contaminated blood supplies. And they knew, in advance, that the blood was infected with these viruses. More recently, the American public was informed that hepatitis C contaminated blood, another cancer trigger, also flowed from these blood bankers to millions of other people.

It is well known that the Rockefeller family also established a virtual monopoly over the American medical and pharmaceutical industries as early as the 1920s. This was the same decade they heavily funded and directed the flegling cancer industry as well as the eugenics movement.

The Rockefeller led eugenics effort began the study of genetic differences between the races, including the genetic predisposition for cancer and other diseases between various races of people. The Rockefeller family fortune then built the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute for Anthropology, Eugenics, and Human Heredity in pre-Nazi Germany. This institute gave rise to the majority of Hitler's top racial hygienists, including Ernst Rudin. Rudin later directed Hitler's "Racial Hygiene Society."

Stunningly, previously secret documents show the Rockefeller family was heavily invested in a partnership with Hitler's Third Reich. Germany's leading industrial organization during World War II was IG Farben. Top Farben directors were among Hitler's highest ranking SS officers. With the help of the Dulles brothers, and their Wall Street law firm--Sullivan and Cromwell--John D. Rockefeller's Standard Oil Company secured the patent rights over the synthetic oil and rubber the holocaust victims were about to produce in the factories they built adjacent Auschwitz and elsewhere. It should also be known that IG Farben, Rockefeller's partner, held the patent on the gas that killed the millions of holocaust victims as they entered the "showers," allegedly for "public health" and "disinfection."

The book and tape cited above also details the development of the 1974 experimental hepatitis B vaccine that most plausibly transmitted HIV to New York City's gay men and Blacks in Central Africa. This vaccine was developed by the FDA, CDC, and NIAID, as directed by Dr. Maurice Hilleman at the Merck company. Astonishingly, this company received a major share of the Nazi war chest near the close of WWII. At that time, the company's president, George W. Merck, was America's biological weapons industry director. He had been personally appointed by President Roosevelt and Secretary of War Stimson.

The fact that today, the Rockefeller Foundation, and the Merck Fund, are the two leading funding sources for depopulation efforts under the heading "population control." This fact, and its related history as highlighted above, deserves a U.S. Congressional investigation.

Following a storm of criticism by many Third World nations during and after international "population control" conferences, U.S. Government officials decided to phase out mention of "population control." Newly chosen surrogates included the phrases, "Family Planning," and "Maternal and Child Health."

Could this be the real reason why "Family Planning" centers, and "Material and Child Health" clinics, allegedly "require vaccinations," and promote their use so ardently?

Given this background, the following bible passages have special relevance:

Lamentations 4.13-15 foreshadow the AIDS pandemic and the fear and avoidance of HIV positive people.

Ezekial 4.19, 5.17 and 16.6 predicts the contamination of blood associated with pestilence. All relate to the need to clean the blood in order to "live."

Finally, Revelation provides an "End Times" prophecy in which the Kings and wealthiest men of all the nations were deceived by sorcery. Those who "fornicated" with the devil, and stole the blood of "prophets and saints," would surely succumb to God's wrath, the bible predicts, when "Babylon the great" falls. The deadly wine and blood that flows full of impurities into the rivers and streams of people, infects multi-millions of people at the time of the great plagues.

Biblical references to the practice of "sorcery" comes from the Greek root word of sorcery, that is, pharmacopeia or pharmacy. Thus, it may be interpreted that the vaccine/pharmaceutical industrialists, and Rockefeller associates, have deceived the national leaders throughout the world. Furthermore, this "sorcery," is not only associated in the bible with the great plagues, it is linked to the onslought of beasts as well. The beasts are predicted to kill million of others.

Strong's Concordance Root word for "beasts" is the "hebrew word #2416--chay--alive, raw flesh . . . appetite; in the Greek Lexicon, the Greek word #2342 for "beasts" is "therion"-- "a little beast, little animal." Thus, the earth's greatest depopulation event is predicted to be associated with little beasts and the great plagues. These "little beasts" are most likely bacteria, viruses, and pieces thereof--infectious microorganisms most insidiously spread throughout the world, most precisely and extensively, in vaccines.

Finally, in Revelation, God's judgement and great wrath comes upon those who have worshiped Babylon's idols above the Lord.

"My mother, for example," wrote the lead author, "died in 1993, a victim of cancer directly following the common flu-vaccine related injury known as Guillean Barre disease. My mother believed, as so many do today, that Doctors are Gods.' She routinely followed her doctors' recomendations, including her flu-vaccines. For this reason, I believe they ultimately killed her."

Today, as modern medical science is idolized, and continues to dramatically alter the gene pools of plants, animals, microorganisms, and humans, they play God with all the earth.

Lamentations:

4.13 For the sins of her prophets, and the iniquities of her priests, that have shed the blood of the just in the midst of her,

4.14 They have wandered as blind men in the streets, they have polluted themselves with blood, so that men could not touch their garments.

4.15 They cried unto them, Depart ye; it is unclean; depart, depart, touch not: when they fled away and wandered, they said among the heathen, They shall no more sojourn there.

Ezekial:

5.17 So will I send upon you famine and evil beasts, and they shall bereave thee; and pestilence and blood shall pass through thee; and I will bring the sword upon thee. I the Lord have spoken it.

14.19: Or if I [Lord God] send a pestilence into that land, and pour out my fury upon it in blood, to cut off from it man and beast.

16.6: And when I passed by thee, and saw thee polluted in thine own blood, I said unto thee when thou wast in thy blood, Live; yea, I said unto thee when thou wast in thy blood, Live.

Revelation:

14.8 And there followed another angel, saying. Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine [that is, blood] of the wrath of her fornication.

14.9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand.

14.10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and shall be tormented with fire and brimstone. . .

14.17 And another angel came . . . that had a sharp sickle. . .

14.19 And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God. . . .

14.20 and blood came out of the winepress

15.6 And the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues . . .

16.1 And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.

16.2 And the first went, and poured out his vial . . . and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image.

16.3 And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea.

16.4 And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood.

17.1 And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgement of the great whore . . .

17.2 With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.

18.1 And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power . . .

18.2 And he cried mightily . . . saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

18.3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and their merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.

18.4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

18.21 . . . Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.

18.23 . . . for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries [pharmacopeia or pharmaceutical activities] were all nations deceived.

18.24 And in her [Babylon] was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.

19.1-2 . . . the Lord our God . . . hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth . . . and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.
